• Government fees, visa fees, university application fees, medical fees, translation fees, and other third-party charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
• All payments made to IECH Global are subject to the agreed refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

• Consultancy fees may be non-refundable once services have commenced.
• Refund requests will be reviewed according to the specific service agreement.
• Government, embassy, university, and third-party fees are generally non-refundable.
