IECH Global, short for International Education Consultancy Hub, was built to support Bangladeshi students who want a better, clearer, and more reliable pathway to higher education abroad. We understand that students and families do not simply need a form-filling service. They need someone to explain the process, review the profile properly, organize the documents, and help them make decisions with confidence. That is the foundation on which IECH Global stands.
Led by Razia Sultana, IECH Global has been guiding students with professionalism and care since 2021. The vision behind the consultancy is simple but important: make international education guidance more personal, more realistic, and more trustworthy for students from Bangladesh. Instead of using inflated promises, we focus on fit, readiness, and responsible support. We believe students should know what they are applying for, why a destination suits them, what documents matter, and where the real risks or strengths of their profile lie.
Our Identity
IECH Global is an education-focused consultancy, not a broad visa-processing outlet. Our core work is built around students who want to study abroad and families who want proper support around that journey. We assist with university and college application direction, student visa preparation, spouse or dependent pathways connected to students, and visit guidance for parents or spouses in related situations. We do not operate as a general work visa or labour visa service, and we do not present ourselves as a shortcut provider. That distinction matters because it keeps our brand honest and aligned with the real needs of our clients.
What We Believe
We believe trust is earned through careful work, not slogans. Families in Bangladesh are more informed than ever. They compare agencies, read reviews, visit websites, ask questions in Facebook groups, and expect straight answers. A modern education consultancy cannot rely on generic claims. It must be able to communicate clearly, set the right expectations, and demonstrate that it understands both the student’s ambition and the family’s concerns. IECH Global is built around that mindset.
We also believe that every student deserves profile-based guidance. Not every country fits every budget. Not every university fits every academic history. Not every student is ready for the same level of documentation or risk. That is why our counselling process starts with listening. We want to understand the student’s study goals, financial range, academic background, English-language situation, family context, and destination preferences before recommending a path.
Our Destination Focus
We currently focus on Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, the UK, and Malaysia. These destinations represent a mix of premium options, structured education pathways, and affordability-led alternatives. Rather than pushing students toward one country by default, we help them compare the advantages and limitations of each destination in relation to their own profile.

How We Work
Our approach is careful, personal, and process-driven. We review the case, identify suitable pathways, guide the application stage, prepare the student for the documentation journey, and support the visa stage with practical attention. When there is a family-linked component, such as a spouse, dependent, or parent visit matter, we explain clearly what is possible and what is not. We do not blur service boundaries in order to win a lead. We would rather give an honest answer than a misleading one.
