Leadership
IECH Global is led by Razia Sultana, Lead Consultant. Her role on the website should be presented as the professional face of the consultancy and the person responsible for setting the standard of service. The tone of the bio should be warm, confident, and careful. It should communicate leadership, experience, and commitment to student guidance without using inflated claims. A suitable profile summary can present her as someone who has been helping students since 2021 through a more personal and practical counselling approach.
We also believe that every student deserves profile-based guidance. Not every country fits every budget. Not every university fits every academic history. Not every student is ready for the same level of documentation or risk. That is why our counselling process starts with listening. We want to understand the student’s study goals, financial range, academic background, English-language situation, family context, and destination preferences before recommending a path.
Razia Sultana serves as the Lead Consultant of IECH Global, guiding students and families with a focused approach to admissions, student visa planning, and profile-based destination selection. She believes that international education guidance should be honest, well-organized, and tailored to the real goals of each student. Under her leadership, IECH Global continues to build a trust-centered approach for Bangladeshi students who want serious support for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Sweden, and Malaysia.
